Actualizaciones tecnológicas en Chatbots legales en América Latina: revisión de su impacto en eficacia y efectividad

En este artículo de revisión bibliográfica, se evaluó el impacto de las actualizaciones tecnológicas en los chatbots legales en América Latina. Se encontró que las actualizaciones tecnológicas, como la inteligencia artificial, mejoraron la eficacia y personalización de los servicios legales automatizados. La adaptabilidad de los chatbots legales ha llevado a una mayor satisfacción de los usuarios y a una atención más eficiente. Este estudio, en línea con el objetivo de evaluar el impacto de las actualizaciones tecnológicas, se basó en una metodología de revisión bibliográfica. Los resultados destacan la importancia de seguir explorando las tecnologías avanzadas en el ámbito legal. Se recomienda investigar la integración de tecnologías complementarias y abordar la aceptación de los usuarios. La conclusión principal es que las actualizaciones tecnológicas en los chatbots legales pueden mejorar significativamente la calidad de los servicios legales en América Latina, promoviendo una mayor eficacia y personalización en la atención legal.
