Pedagogical Transformational Leadership Development

Since leadership is one of the most studied factors worldwide, there has been an incessant search for strategies that allow human beings to achieve success and obtain a common goal. On the other hand, there is a complement to this, which is transformational leadership, a topic that is addressed in this research. The qualitative methodological route was followed, through the application of the hermeneutic method, and for this purpose, the technique of interviewing 2 directors and 8 teachers of the Educational Unit "12 de Noviembre" in Píllaro-Ecuador was used. Among the most important findings, it was found that most teachers, directors, and administrative staff are aware of the importance of knowing new strategies to deal with transformational leadership.
