This study investigates innovative teaching methods used by educators to enhance student engagement and motivation. Through a survey, it examines strategies like project-based learning, technology integration, and the creation of inclusive and collaborative environments. It also looks into how teachers measure the success of these methodologies, the challenges encountered in their implementation, and personalized learning. Student feedback and the promotion of critical thinking are highlighted as crucial elements. Finally, advice is provided for educators looking to innovate their teaching methods.
